Journi uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage technologies to keep the service running and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used.

Some of these are technically browser storage rather than traditional cookies, but they are treated the same way under this policy.

These are required for Journi to function and cannot be switched off:

• Authentication & session storage — keeps you signed in securely as you move through the app. Duration: for the length of your session, refreshed while you remain active.
• Cookie consent choice (journni_cookie_consent) — remembers whether you accepted all cookies or essential only, so we don't ask you on every visit. Duration: until you change or reset your choice.

With your explicit consent via the cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use Journi and to measure the effectiveness of our communications.

• Meta Pixel — records page views and general site activity. Provided by Meta. Duration and details are set out in Meta's own cookie policy.

If you choose "Essential Only", no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page — this resets your preference and shows the consent banner again.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in and other core features from working.

We may update this policy from time to time as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
