• Trip data, including destinations, dates, preferences, refinements, and feedback

• Basic usage data such as pages visited and general activity within the product
• If you joined the Journi waitlist prior to launch, we may retain your email to notify you about access to the service. You can request deletion at any time.

• To create and manage your account (legal basis: contract)
• To generate and personalise your itineraries based on your Travel DNA and trip inputs (legal basis: contract)
• To improve Journi's recommendations and overall experience (legal basis: legitimate interests)

• To send optional updates or product communications where you have consented (legal basis: consent)

We use your preferences, interactions, and feedback to personalise your experience. This involves automated processing to tailor the itineraries Journi creates for you.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share limited data with trusted service providers solely to operate Journi:

• Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
• OpenAI (AI processing for itinerary generation and refinement)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Stripe (payment processing for subscriptions)

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data protection agreements.
